The specifics
You send the list of services, the prices and the area you cover — a voice message in English will do. On the site they become Polish: no mistakes, and no separate line on the invoice. At most studios „przygotowanie treści” is a paid item and the client ends up writing the sentences anyway.
There will be no line item called „setting up company data”: the registration details, the address and the opening hours go into the footer and the site policy in the form a Polish client and Google expect. At many studios that is an extra; here it is part of the same 1 zł.
A .com or .pl domain of your choice, renewed every year, an SSL certificate, hosting, copy edits up to 90 minutes a month, 24/7 monitoring, backups and statistics. No separate invoices for the domain and hosting. Paid yearly it is 990 zł, which works out at 82,50 zł a month.
A shop with a basket and payments is a different amount of work and we price it against the task. A second language version — Polish plus English, or another language — means separate copy and separate addresses; on the „Care Pro” plan at 199 zł a month it is included.

You can cancel care with a month’s notice, ending at the close of a calendar month. Hosting, backups and edits stop when care ends. Cancellation alone does not cost 700 zł. If you want to take the completed website to another provider, the optional buyout and file export cost 700 zł gross. Your own materials and domain remain yours.
