Who writes the Polish copy for the site?
We do. You tell us about the company in English — what you do, for whom, what makes you different — and we write the site in Polish ourselves. Your Polish client reads normal Polish, with no trace of translation. You never have to fight the language.
Do you work in English?
Yes. Email, notes and edits all run in English. The site itself still speaks Polish to your client: it has to, or half the enquiries never arrive.
Who owns the site after I pay?
When launched with our care, creation costs 1 zł gross and you use the site within our service. Taking the website to another provider requires a 700 zł gross buyout. If you receive the completed site without our care from the start, you pay 700 zł gross and receive the files, with no second buyout for the same files. Your pre-existing copy, photos, logo and domain remain yours. Cancelling ongoing care alone does not trigger a buyout charge.
And if I do not like the design?
If you commission website creation and do not launch the completed site with our care service, you pay 700 zł gross for creation and file handover. The 1 zł gross price applies only to a launch with our care. No deposit is required; you acknowledge these terms before commissioned work starts.
Will you get the company details — NIP, REGON, address — right?
Yes. We know how it looks for a JDG and for a sp. z o.o.: the full legal name, NIP, REGON and address go into the footer and the privacy policy so that they match the register. A Polish client sees a company with everything in order, not an anonymous page.
Can the site be in two languages — Polish and English?
Yes — we add a full language version with a switch in the header: Polish for local clients, English for everyone else. On the Pro plan it is included.
Will I be able to edit the site myself?
Not from a dashboard — and that is a choice, not a shortcoming. The site is static: no WordPress, no plugins, no admin login, so there is nothing to hack and nothing to break with an unlucky edit. We make copy edits as part of care: up to 90 minutes a month on the basic plan, up to 3 hours on Pro, usually the same working day. If you need to change prices yourself every day, a builder with a dashboard will suit you better — and we say so plainly.
Why is company email only on the Pro plan?
Because it is the one item in care that takes our work on every change, not just space on a server. Creating the mailbox on your domain, the SPF and DKIM records that keep mail out of spam, setting it up on your phone and helping when delivery stops — that is service, not hosting. The mailbox itself costs pennies, so if this were about a server bill it would be on the basic plan. On basic care, enquiries from the form still arrive at your current address.
